Nishan Degnarain is featured in the Exponential Organizations book, having successfully set up and run ExOs in both the public and private sectors.  He is based in Silicon Valley and advises global CEOs and Heads of State on sustainability.  He has been an Advisor to the X-Prize, led special initiatives for the World Economic Forum including establishing WEF’s Centers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and sits on the Board of various organizations.  Author of several books on technologies for sustainability, he has won international recognition as a WEF Young Global Leader, 40 Under 40 in Finance, winner of The Economist’s Innovation Prize and is a regular commentator for Forbes, the BBC, Fortune, National Geographic, Al-Jazeera and other major news outlets.  Nishan holds degrees in Development Economics from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and the University of Cambridge.

Kelsey Driscoll is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The ExO Org. She has previously managed projects in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia and has successfully delivered ExO Sprints and Workshops to multiple Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and startups.  Kelsey’s goal is to achieve global transformation of businesses. As Head of Delivery, Kelsey has applied knowledge in startup business operations, event coordination, business strategy, and innovative business models. She holds a BA in International Relations from St. Bonaventure University, with a focus in Bioinformatics, Law & Society. 

Her passion projects are based in healthcare with the intention of creating value in local businesses and communities. Kelsey enjoys blending her passion for well-being with the possibilities that the latest technologies have to offer and has partnered with her brother to open a holistic chiropractic care practice.

Andrea Sánchez brings a wealth of expertise to the professional arena, focusing on project coordination, operations management, account management, contract negotiation, and purchasing and procurement, with a background in Economy. 

In her recent role as Team Coordinator and Delivery Support at The ExO Org, Andrea showcased a talent for seamless cross-sector team collaboration. Before this, she served as a General Manager for a local company, steering year-over-year business growth, implementing operational strategies, and fostering lasting relationships with customers and employees. Andrea's managerial style is subtly guided by her MTP: Exponential growth through human connections.
